Returns & Refunds

 

At Arvix, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. As we operate as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier, our returns policy is different from standard consumer (B2C) returns rules.

Important – Business Purchases Only

By placing an order with Arvix, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business and not as a consumer. This means that consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including the 14-day cooling-off period) do not apply to your order.

However, we do accept returns for unused goods in their original packaging, subject to our terms and a restocking fee.

Returns Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any applicable collection/return transport charges.
  • Custom, special-order or non-stock items may be non-returnable.
  • Returns are only accepted after we have reviewed and approved your return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or you believe you have received the wrong item:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographs of:
    • the damage,
    • the full unit, and
    • the original packaging.
  • If the packaging or product appears damaged on arrival, please do not sign for the delivery and refuse it where possible.

Return Address

Returns should not be sent to our registered office address. The return address may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Once you have completed the Return Request Form below and your return has been approved, we will email you the correct returns address and any collection instructions. Do not ship any goods back before receiving this confirmation.

How to Request a Return

  1. Complete the Return Request Form below in full.
  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photographs.
  3. If approved, we will confirm:
    • the authorised return address,
    • any collection arrangements, and
    • the restocking and transport fees that will apply.
  4. Once the goods are received and inspected, any refund due (less fees) will be processed in line with our Terms & Conditions.
