Warranty Information
At Arvix, we aim to provide reliable, commercial-grade equipment for all types of professional kitchens. Warranty coverage varies by product, and each item will state clearly in its description whether it comes with:
-
1 Year Spare Parts Warranty, or
-
1 Year Spare Parts & Labour Warranty
If you are unsure about the warranty included with a specific product, please contact us with the model number and we will confirm the details for you.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty
Certain issues are not covered under any manufacturer warranty. These include:
-
Damage to glass and/or broken glass
-
Gas refilling of refrigerated equipment
-
Consumable parts (bulbs, batteries, oil, filters, door seals, gaskets etc.)
-
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect operation
-
Site-related issues (e.g., room temperature, ventilation, poor positioning)
-
Failure to clean or maintain the equipment according to the instructions
-
Incorrect, poor or faulty installation or re-assembly
-
Poor drainage or service connections (e.g., utilities)
-
Physical damage
-
Damage or blockages caused by foreign objects
-
Poor quality detergents, chemicals, or improper cleaning products
-
Failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product
Manufacturers will reject any warranty claim if the fault is caused by any of the above.
Parts-Only Warranty Claims
If your product includes Spare Parts Only Warranty, you may appoint your own fully qualified engineer (at your own cost). For the claim to be processed:
-
A fully qualified engineer must inspect the equipment.
-
A complete engineer’s report must be provided on letter-headed paper, in PDF format, with supporting photos.
-
The report must be submitted within 30 days of the reported fault.
-
We will forward the documentation to the manufacturer for assessment.
Warranty claims without an engineer’s report and supporting images will be rejected by the manufacturer.
Spare Parts & Labour Warranty Claims
If your product includes 1 Year Spare Parts & Labour Warranty:
-
Please contact the manufacturer directly,
-
Provide your serial number,
-
And they will arrange technical support or a service visit if required.
This is the fastest and most efficient way to receive assistance, and most manufacturers require direct contact for labour claims.
