Delivery Rules

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please read the following rules carefully before placing an order with Arvix:

• Delivery is kerbside only. Drivers do not unpack, move, or position goods due to insurance restrictions.
• All goods must be inspected before signing. Please unpack and check the item itself, not just the packaging.
• If you notice any damage, do not sign and refuse the delivery. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
• If you sign for the delivery, you accept the goods as being in good condition and transit damage claims will not be covered.
• Once the delivery document is signed, Arvix cannot accept responsibility for transport damage and cannot provide a refund or exchange for such damage.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

• Dispatch time: approximately 3–5 working days from order confirmation, when the product is in stock.
• Delivery time: approximately 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and courier performance.

England & Wales

Our delivery options for England & Wales are as follows:

Standard Shipping – £12

• Applies to all eligible orders.
• Dispatch time: approximately 3–5 working days.
• Delivery time: approximately 3–7 working days.

Next Day Delivery – from £15

• Orders must be placed before 12pm (midday).
• You must obtain written confirmation by email from Arvix before selecting Next Day Delivery.
• Deliveries are made on working days only. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically delivered on Tuesday.

Weekend Delivery – £30

• Orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday.
• Weekend delivery is subject to stock availability and courier capacity.
• Written confirmation from Arvix is required before this option is accepted.

Northern Ireland / Scotland / Highlands / Isles / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, subject to stock and courier schedules.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, postcode and any delivery restrictions.
• For Northern Ireland, an XI-EORI / EORI number may be required by customs.
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland are pallet delivery only.
• Additional pallet delivery surcharge for Northern Ireland: £150.

Channel Islands

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on stock and courier routing.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, size and postcode.

Delivery Enquiry

To allow us to deal with your enquiry quickly, we need a few details regarding the item you purchased from us. Please note, we can only accept claims for damage in transit if received within 24 hours of delivery. Damage in transit claims received after this period may be rejected.
